Bucky's Vision for Norcross

I will build on the successes of our past, plan for smart growth, reinforce the safety of our city, and improve the public's perception of it.

Action steps for Mayor and Council:

• Define short and long range plans
• Encourage community involvement and participation
• Create action steps based on the short and long range plans
• Partner with groups that share goals
• Create a budget that supports the plan and action steps
• Empower the City Manager to implement the plans
• Oversee the implementation

I will use positive leadership to accomplish these goals and will serve as an effective ambassador for Norcross.
